4 WD Landrover Safari & Self-Drive Fin Komodo ATV Tour.

The tour starts and ends at our Wilderness Base Camp in Munduk.
Clients will be picked up from the hotel then, transfer to Munduk Wilderness base camp.

The tour consists of 1 hour buggy drive up hill passing the Devil Rocks as your initiation drive today, followed by down-hill cycling via a dirt road to the foot of the hill where the 4WD Land Rover awaits. The down-hill cycling takes about 30-45 minutes. (For those who choose not to cycle can continue to drive the buggy until the next session with 4WD Land Rover.)

Change into 4WD Land Rover; you will be driven via dirt roads, through hill areas, passing some villages and up to the foot of Mt Batukaru, visiting the sacred mountain temple. You may take the opportunity to meditate here or just relax. The local priest ( Pemangku ) will bless guests who enter this temple with holy water * ( subject to his present at that time).

Have a picnic lunch en route then continue your 4WD Land Rover towards Pupuan region. This area is known for its beautiful rice terraces. Your guide will take you on a rice terrace walk and during this short walk; he will also introduce you and explain about some other flora that grow locally. On the way back to the Munduk Wilderness base camp we will make one final stop at the Haunted Valley Waterfall. A fifteen-minute downhill walk is required to reach this picturesque waterfall, and we recommend you take a refreshing swim here. Return to 4WD Land Rover, and then continue driving to the base camp.
